Interdisciplinary Support
An organization of professionals employed at agencies serving brain injury survivors in Northeast Ohio. This is an interdisciplinary, inter-agency group of dedicated professionals called: The Collaborative meets on a monthly basis and offers survivors and/or family members the opportunity to participate in a case presentation to help identify needed resources in their community.
